At HIGHTIDE STORE DTLA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and lifestyle goods. If your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our DTLA location.

  Ship the Item

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
